On board the Rafael, a boat built in 1915, crew members will be immersed in the past and will find out how seafarers worked in former times, when coastal navigation with lateen sails constituted the main transport system along the Costa Brava. Tela Marinera proposes an active sailing experience, with crew members participating and becoming involved in the voyage, taking part in manoeuvres, hoisting the sails, taking the helm and generally enjoying life on board in the sailing style of days gone by.
